Terms and Conditions

In these Terms and Conditions we, our, or us refers to GO WiiLD WITH ANDY MURRAY.

  1. To enter simply text GO WIILD to 60060 or go to www.gowiild.co.uk and register your details.
  2. All text messages will be charged at your usual standard network tariff, typically 10p-12p. Please note that text-inclusive packages may not include these texts. The owner of the mobile phone that the text entry has been sent from is the winner of the prize.
  3. To enter via post send your name and address on a stamped addressed envelope to Highland Spring Go Wiild Promotion, 45 Frederick Street, Edinburgh, EH2 1EP.
  4. Proof of posting does not constitute proof of receipt. No responsibility can be taken for lost, delayed, damaged or misplaced entries.
  5. Last draw closes on 30.09.08.
  6. No purchase necessary.
  7. Promotion is open to all residents of the UK, Channel Islands, Isle of Man and Republic of Ireland, except employees and their immediate families of Highland Spring Ltd., their agents or anyone professionally connected with the promotion. Entrants under 18 require parental/ guardian’s permission to take part and to be awarded prize. Web entries only from the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man.
  8. There will be 11 draws each closing at midnight on Monday from 05.05.08 until 14.07.08 inclusive, together with one final draw which will close on 30.09.08. There are 12 Nintendo Wii draws in total. Any early entries will be included in the 1st draw and all weekly draws will not be carried forward into any following draws to win a Nintendo Wii. Only one online entry per hour will be permitted from each entrant.
  9. Proof of entry does not constitute proof of delivery. No responsibility can be taken for any entries that are lost or delayed or which are unable to be sent due to lack of network coverage, or for any other reason beyond its control.
  10. All entries received will go into 1 of 12 draws to win 1 of 12 Nintendo Wii consoles (UK base model only).
  11. The first name drawn at random under independent supervision, at each of the 12 draws will win 1 Nintendo Wii and be invited to the National Tennis Centre in Roehampton, London to meet Andy Murray and receive their prize.
  12. 20 runners-up will also be drawn at random from all entries received by 30.09.08 to win an invitation to the National Tennis Centre in Roehampton, London to meet Andy Murray.
  13. Winners will be notified via the mobile phone/ email address/ address used to enter the promotion within one week of the close of each draw. At the Promoter’s absolute discretion if it is unable to contact a winner it reserves the right to award a prize to a substitute drawn at the same time.
  14. Date and time of the Roehampton event are to be confirmed at a later date.
  15. All attendees at Roehampton will have the chance to play mixed double tennis on the Roehampton courts and all 12 Nintendo Wii winners will be presented with their prizes. All Nintendo Wii prizewinners will have the choice of being sent their prize by Royal Mail Special Delivery or to be presented with it at the Roehampton event.
  16. All attendees will also have the chance to enter a draw on the day to play Andy Murray at Wii tennis. 1 winner will be selected at random from entries received on the day.
  17. All travel or on-the-day expenses are not covered by the Promoter.
  18. Prizes are as stated and no cash alternative is available. In the event of circumstances outside its control, the Promoter reserves the right to provide similar alternative prizes of equal or greater value.
  19. All winners may be required to take part in publicity as specified by the Promoter.
  20. By entering the promotion participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the Terms and Conditions. All entry instructions form part of these Terms and Conditions. Any breach of these Terms and Conditions will result in a forfeit of the prizes.

  22. No responsibility can be accepted for systems failure or anything else that prevents entries being received, and proof of entry is not proof of receipt. To the fullest extent allowed by law, the Promoter accepts no responsibility for loss or injury sustained as a result of promotional participation.
  23. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
